Flexibility booster: SPLITS!
This virtual workshop will give your stretching/contortion practice a SERIOUS boost! You’ll be given all tools necessary to safely improve flexibility in your splits (front, back, middle). A heavy emphasis will be placed on active flexibility exercises, as well as self-mobilizations. YOU WILL NEED: a peanut (or 2 lacrosse balls in a sock), minibands, a good wifi connection, practice with google hangouts, and enough floor space to do a plank.
